The magnificent beach of Playa Grande is right
outside your backgate. This wonderful duplex is nestled
by Las Baulas Marine Park - nesting area for one of
nature's phenomenal species - the Giant Leatherback
turtle. The beach is also known for it's consistent
good surfing.
Step onto your terrace and listen to the sounds of the
waves or take a dip in the pool just below. This
location is set up for up to six people and offers
three bedrooms and two baths. Lower level includes a
spacious living room, dining room, kitchen (with all
the modern convienences), and two bedrooms. Upstairs
is a large master bedroom and ensuite with a lovely
patio overlooking the beach.
Both levels have A/C. Maid service is provided three
times a week and there is secure parking inside the
gated property. In case of emergency, we are affiliated with the local
"Emergency Medical Clinic."
